FAQs

What does my General Admission (GA) ticket include?

Every GA ticket includes entry to the watch party, light snacks, and one (1) console racing station qualifying lap. You’ll also have full access to our fan zone activities, including RC car racing, reaction tests, F1 Bingo, and Trivia.

Tickets & Entry

Are there extra fees at checkout?

No. To keep things simple, the price you see is the price you pay. All Stripe processing fees are already included in the ticket price ($40 for Adult GA / $100 for Family Bundle).

Can I buy a pass for all March races?

Yes! We offer a Triple Race Pass for all three watch parties. It’s the most cost-effective way to ensure you don't miss a single lap.

• Individual Season Pass: $100 (Save $20)

• Family Season Pass: $250 (Save $50)

Activities & Sim Racing

Will prizes be awarded?

Yes, there will be prizes awarded for winners of each activity. Most activities will only have one (1) prize offered however some will have two (2) separate categories for adults and children. This is to ensure that the experience is enjoyable and fair.

What kind of racing setup do you have?

We feature a PS4 Racing Station running the F1 24 & F1 21 games. All qualifying laps will be held on the current race weekend track under the same qualifying conditions the drivers experienced. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or a first-timer, our setups are easy to jump into and fun for all skill levels.

How do the console racing station sessions work?

Each GA ticket comes with one qualifying session on our console. Because we want to ensure everyone gets a turn, these sessions are non-transferable and tied to your specific ticket.

Can I race more than once?

Absolutely. If you’ve got a need for speed, you can purchase a Console Station Add-On Add-On for $10, which gives you two (2) additional qualifying laps. Depending on the wait, we may provide opportunities.

What other activities are available?

Outside of the console racing, we have a full "Fan Zone" featuring:

• RC Track - Test your steering precision with our remote-controlled cars.

• Reaction Test - See if your reflexes match an F1 driver’s off the starting line.

• F1 Bingo & Trivia - Compete against fellow fans for bragging rights (and potential prizes!).

• Kids' Corner - We provide F1-themed coloring pages for the younger fans.

Event Logistics

Is the event family-friendly?

Yes! We have designed the event for fans of all ages. Our Junior Add-On ($15) is available for fans aged 15 and under, and our coloring station and RC track are huge hits with the kids.

What kind of food is provided?

We provide a selection of light snacks (included in your ticket). Additional food or beverages may be available for purchase depending on the venue. Follow our social media pages for the specific event menu!

What should I bring?

Just your digital ticket (on your phone) and your team colors! We provide all the equipment for the racing, RC cars, and activities.

Looking after the Venue

We want everyone to have a fantastic time! To help us keep the venue safe and enjoyable for all, we kindly ask that guests treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. In the unlikely event that any unreasonable or intentional damage occurs, the person responsible (or the parent/guardian of a child involved) may be asked to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
